Message: I stayed there when I had nowhere else to go. This place a safe haven for people that need a starting point. State of Delaware helped me get a place there and I was grateful for it. Good pricing, just get inside and mind your business. Bring your own household supplies if you plan on staying there. Previous customers don’t always keep it clean.
